I live about 2 miles away from the store and have been there four times. I have never seen any employee twice, always a new set of faces. You will never get the same employee to cut your hair. I did get one lady who had just moved here from California, an older white woman who did a very good job. Got her card but never found her available again. If you ask for a trim around the edges, a little off the sides and a little off the top expect to loose and inch to inch and a half. I'm glad I asked for a scissor cut, otherwise I would have walked out with a burr. If you speak Spanish or Korean, use it, you may get what you asked for. I'm gone!!!!!

Dan Nguyen is awesome. Always friendly and gives a great haircut. Been there for years. Would recommend asking for him if you stop by.

Horrible customer service, stylist are not trained very well. Not only were we told my daughter had lice (which after an hour of searching with a Robicomb, we did not find a single lice or nit), the stylists were talking very rudely about my husband disciplining our child in Spanish as they thought he could not understand them. My husband even brought up the rude conversation with the manager and they completely ignored the complaint.
