First time got a haircut waited 45 minutes and haircut was fine. 2nd time walked in no customers their, then two woman walked in wanting haircuts with no appointments and got straight in, after 1hour and 10 minutes of being completely ignored while all the hairdressers had a chat to the women and ignored me I left. I only wanted a quick 10 minute max haircut (i have short hair), I am not at all fussy don't even care if they make a mistake while cutting my hair but when I was completely ignored apart from a hello on arrival and worst of all the hairdressers we so busy talking they didn't even notice me leave, all for women who had no appointments and arrived after me. No customer service, received no haircut and won't be returning. You have not only lost my business but all other 5 family members; customer service is key to any business and it's something you need to work on!
