I can highly recommend Karen at Permanent Beauty Centre. She has done tattooing to my eyebrows, full lips and lip liner. Extremely pleased with my results. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I had my eyebrows tattooed here they after $350 they faded after 3 months, even though it is supposed to last for 3-5 years. When I called and asked if I could have a touch up as they had faded after such a short amount of time, I was told I would have to pay again. The owner is RUDE and MEAN. Just to add to this experience when i originally was going to my appointment I could not find the place. I called them and asked for directions when I had the owner YELL at me that she did not have time for this and that I would have to come another time. She cancelled the appointment even though I was only going to be 10 minutes late and I was just around the corner. All in all BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
