Consistently great service and results, I wouldn't trust my colour with anyone else. Una is innovative and not only has the ability to translate her client's ideas into reality, but translate it into a reality that you can then easily style at home according to your preferences and lifestyle. Staff are relaxed, friendly and helpful.

EXTREMELY RUDE and grumpy customer service. I had a voucher and called today to try and schedule an appointment. I was a bit late in doing so (a week before the expiry - they recommend a month before) as I had forgotten about it, but all other businesses that I have vouchers with have been lovely and flexible as long as I called before the expiration date. The woman on the phone was quite rude to me - she told me there was no way I could make an appointment because they were fully booked at ANY time next week, even though my coupon had not expired yet before even asking me any times available. There was no flexibility and she just told me in quite a rude tone to read the fine print and there was nothing she was going to do, my $60 was gone. For a place that is trying to get new business, all I experienced was a rude person on the phone. I have never experienced such rudeness and inflexibility from any other places offering vouchers.

Fantastic service. I had a great experience at maestro, there was an intial hiccup with my appointment time, however (Una) the owner was very apologetic and quickly fixed the situation. The staff were very freindly and welcoming and i was offered a refreshment and magazine on arrival. I was fortunate to have Dee as my stylist, she was very pleasant and her passion for the job showed through in the end result. I loved the cut/colour, Dee tailored it to suit my needs, I would definately recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality service. Thanks girls
