When you first walk in you see a pleasant seating area and a beautiful dangly crystal chandelier. The space is itself is very charming and open. The equipment is all fresh new, and the most currently available. Its is pleasantly decorated with pictures, soft green walls and is very soothing environment. Not too crowded or full of furniture. Allows for the personal bubble so many of us enjoy, as well seperated from the waiting area, so as to feel a bit of privacy while having your services done, but still allows for conversation. Light, upbeat music plays in the background. The staff, lead by Annie, are all very pleasant and friendly. Very skilled and prepared to cater to many requests, but will offer alternative suggestions when unable to accomodate. A private room is there for newer services such as FAKE BAKE spray tan, waxing serivces, and another seperate room for the new RMT Jenny Luong. She also offers a customized facial, which is lovely. I believe they also offer gift certificates, which is a great gift idea for the people in your life.
I took my little brother to get a pedicure while I waxed my arms and we had a good time there. The staff is friendly and the environment is charming and clean.
