This was definitely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received at a salon. After telling me to come early for my appointment (because they had a cancellation), I ended up waiting for 25 minutes while they served other "walk-in" clients before me. Even after telling the manager that my appointment time was already passed and that I was in a hurry, she 'assured' me the walk-ins would not take long, and continued to serve other customers first. My manicure only lasted a day before the nail polish started chipping off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
