Basically you don't follow the terms and conditions when you purchased the voucher from Dealfind. I strongly suggest that you should carefully read the Terms and Conditions next time because that's why you get the deal. I would understand why the Spa charges you the regular price when you don't follow the terms. If you cannot read the fine print, I don't think you should buy any more deals because they all have it. I'm a fan of Dealfind, and I love to see Dealfind doing well. I mean if we're nice customers, dealfind will have more merchants, and we will have more deals. To be honest, I've been at this Spa many times, I have no troubles at all.
