I went there for my friend's birthday, she was getting a relaxation massage + pedicure, I was getting a hot stone massage + facial.She asked specifically that we have two females, seeing as this was her first time. We entered the room, where our beds were smaller than the average single bed. The bed had a thin, paper layer on it (the type you use for when you're using a public washroom) and a thin fleece sheet. Turns out my friend had a male masseuse, and he fixed her blanket by completely removing it from her - she was in a g-string. They used too much oil and spent most of their time rubbing it in. They were very rough and almost in a rush, it was more of a rub down than a massage. As they were preparing for my hot stone massage, they made a lot of noise getting the things ready. The stones were really hot and they ended up giving my friend a hot stone massage too. They massaged our faces, they added oil to it and then gave a scalpel massage without washing their hands. My hair & body were so greasy that I had to take a shower. When she was giving me the scalpel massage, it was like she was trying to wash my hair, quickly and rough. When it was time for my facial, she put a hot steam in my face without asking if the temperature was too hot. She removed my blackheads very roughly, it felt like she was trying to squeeze zits that weren't ready. I had to ask her to stop due to the amount of pressure she was giving. My forehead was full of blemishes for the rest of the night. She applied something on my face then told me she would return in 10 minutes. Once it was time to pay, they charged me for a hot stone massage and my friend of a relaxation, even though she a hot stone massage. They said that they always give a relaxation massage followed by a hot stone massage, yet I had to pay 20$ than her (this was not known until after I paid). I would not recommend this place for massages or first timers. The only negative feedback I got from the mani-pedi was that 1 out of the 3 workers spoke English.

Not bad, but the place hasn't been the same since Cindy left. I managed to find her at Elmvale Beauty Salon. It's a smaller place so I'll go to Fantasy Spa if I'm going with my friends to get a mani/pedi (they're very good for large groups) but otherwise I'll go to Cindy in Elmvale.

I've been to this spa so many times and ive never been disappointed! They made my boyfriend and i`s experience on our anniversary amazing! We took the couples package and it was the best! I always get my acrylic nails done there and they always look fabulous and they have never tried to overcharge me like many other places that ive been to have.

Ive been to almost every spa in Ottawa and this is the best one ive been too. The most welcoming staff and they treat you with delicious treats to boot just by walking into their doors. Great service, wouldnt be better anywhere else id say!

Been to their gatineau location, awesome discount and ultra relaxing massage, couldnt be better:)
