Robert, I have contacted you via private message. Please respond. We are very troubled to read your review on your girlfriends experience and need her to contact us so we can resolve the situation. We have reviewed our files and have had no complaints or issues with any work performed by our nurse injector. Our RN always has a two week follow-up appointment with every client to ensure results are to the clients liking and satisfaction. We are very sensitive to this service as it is a very personal experience. From what you describe as the problem it is a very simple fix so I’m unsure why your girlfriend would have been dismissed by us. This is not at all how we conduct business so please contact us. Our RN is an award winning injector that works all over Durham region at different spas and is very concerned about this posting, as am I, and we would like to rectify any issue ASAP.
Well. I just had to pick up the pieces of my girlfriend. She went to this place on the recommendation of a coworker for some botox. She had some simple work done .... or so they told her it was simple, and now her eyebrows are crooked. She found them completely dismissive and had no explanation for what happened. It sounds like these people are totally unprofessional.
