I have had my hair done by Danielle & Vanessa and was very satisfied with every outcome. Very cool salon and an enjoyable place to go to. My experience with Shellac on my nails was done by Cassandra and it lasted. The Shellac product "IS NOT" for all nail types though, be aware, you might have to stick to normal lacquer. The Salon staff is very well knowledgeable & the overall appearance looks cool inside.
I went there to have a shellac manicure and pedicure. I have never experienced such poor professionalism in my life. The pedicure given to me was horrible! As for the manicure, my nails were not cleaned, nor were my cuticles tidied up and the shellac peeled completely off of my nails after 3-5 days after (it's supposed to last for up to two weeks minimum). When I called to complain, I was not apologized to nor was I asked to come back in so that they could make this right for me. I suspect that this salon will be going out of business quite soon.
I have been going to Derek for 15 years. Does a great job, new salon is great! Family run business with lots of friendly people.
