Moving from New York, I thought I was going to have a difficult time find a hair salon. Must say, Valentino's has exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is outstanding from the moment you walk in to their location til the moment you leave. The personnel are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place!!

Had my hair coloured today and had a wonderful experience! NICOLE my colourist was so inviting, kind and was able to offer me great suggestions on which colour to add into my hair. She did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back to her for EVERY colour in the future! Her technique and skill cannot be topped! LISA washed out my hair, applied toner and provided an exceptional head massage (best one I have had thus far). NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL WASHING AND MASSAGE EXPERIENCE!!!! She was very gentle on my delicate hair and handled it with care as well as offering me suggestions on products which would work well in my hair. (I tried them and they work amazingly). Not only is she amazing at her job, she is an amazing person as well and an interesting conversationalist. Valentino's is a welcoming upscale salon with a friendly, skilled and helpful staff. I cannot wait to come in for my next appointment!

I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but it is difficult to do in the environment of the salon. The only conversation my hair stylist had with me was continuously trying to upsell me products (which i was very explicit that I don't use, and don't want to use), and she could not follow simple directions. I asked for a one inch trim with long layers and received a four inch "trim" with blunt ends. Now I have to pay for a second hair cut at another salon to fix this one.
