This has got to be the absolute worst place I have EVER dealt with! I would love to give it negative stars. laura and susan are clearly plants of some sort! I made an appointment for this place with their dealfind coupon....the lady called me a week early and started yelling at me for not showing up! When I said...no it's next week (I had to say this AT LEAST 4 times) she said fine and hung up. A few days later...she calls and tells me that she's changing my appointment to 10am...um NO. I said no and that I've had the appointment booked for weeks..I would be there at 2. She kept going on about how I needed to come earlier. I kept saying no. When she finally said OK, she told me that I better not be late or she won't do anything at all and she would take my voucher. She was SO RUDE! So I left it at that. I thought about it for a while and decided I didn't want this person to do my nails. I called to cancel the appointment and was SCREAMED at. She flipped out on me when she asked why I wanted to cancel and I told her I didn't feel comfortable and that she had kept trying to change my appointment. She screamed at me about how this wasn't her fault and not to blame her for my mistake (WHAT?) She told me that she wasn't going to cancel and that I better show up or else. I've requested a refund from dealfind....but lord knows I won't be even thinking about going to this place. AWFUL!

HORRIBLE!!! BEYOND HORRIBLE. I am not my any means a picky person when it comes to nail salons. I am aware that if you are not willing to spend over 50$ on a manicure/pedicure you are most likely not going to receive the service that you want. My experience today was so atrocious I walked out MID-PEDICURE!!! Which I have never done in my entire life. Upon arriving, Michelle was on the phone the ENTIRE time, did not acknowledge me until 6 minutes in (I timed it). She then grabbed a DIRTY towel from a garbage bag and placed it on the pedicure chair, I ignored this. When she pulled dirty tools from the bathroom and not the sanitation machine I kindly requested her to wash the tools again or use a new set, she did not like this. It got to the point where I was so uncomfortable I got up and told her that I was leaving because she was being unprofessional, and it was not sanitary. We argued because she told me her phone call was long-distance (I am compassionate and I would have been understanding had she just simply told me she was speaking with someone abroad). Bottom line, I drove straight to my usual nail place with soapy feet after getting into a verbal argument with Michelle, which I recorded. I am BEYOND disgusted by the service and highly recommend people to not even waste their time this horrific place.

Ok, I've been to many, many MANY nail salons for gel nails, they always make them thick, and fake looking, my friend recommended Michelle. She made them look very natural and took her time, even though there was people waiting. the prices are reasonable and the place is totally clean! Unlike other places, her tools are normally always in the sterilizer, and everything looks and feels clean. + shes super sweet!

Michelle, owner is fantastic and does the best gel nails . I've been getting my nails done for years and this gal is the best! She was recommended by a friend and I'm now giving back the favour by spreading the news. Her nails are natural, not too long and she spends the time to shape them the way the client likes. Unlike many of the nail salons today, this one is unique in that it's not 'cookie cutter' nails. Her place is clean and each client has their own files etc. I highly recommend Michelle and Strictly Nails. This is THE place to go in Vaughan/Woodbridge. If you're picky..you'll love her!
