I was promised that my car would be in show room condition after being taken care of. The use of strong solvants altered the color of some trims, food particles were still found in various places, and carpets were still stained. Staff was nice and attempted to resolve some of the issues after being shown, which is why I give them 2 stars. Might be ok for a simple external wash, but detailing of the inside wasn't impressive; I would have likely done better myself.
