Overall staff service level is not very good but certain hair dressers skill is quite good, specially cutting. I've been getting hair cut from him over 1 year with satisfaction. So I'd recommend this salon for cutting or new style experience.
the setup doesn't seem very clean. the decor is very simple giving a feeling of local beauty parlor than a national chain. the products and the prices are much different to other naturals saloon. overall not going back.
Call the Saloon they don't receive the call and when one goes there in person they ask you to take an appointment! Naturals is a good brand, this particular place doesn't know how to serve customers! There are many other Saloons who know customer service and of course receive calls for appointments, if you need.
I have tried calling HSR naturals many times but no body picks up the call & sometimes they keep it switched off. Very unprofessional ...
