I have only recently discovered Fusion Salon and am so so grateful to FINALLY have found ‘my’ hairdresser. I have unfortunately been endowed with unruly hair and Tracey has been fantastic in not only completely taming it, but providing fantastic advice on styles and cuts which would suit my face and body shape, and also showing me what styles would suit me if I wanted to do something completely different should I be brave enough. Becky has also been amazing in helping me find colours that suit me whilst being a bit unique also. I love love love Fusion Salon and won’t be going anywhere else ever again! Completely recommend them.
I love this place! I have referred at least half a dozen people and we are all so happy with the results that these two wonderful women achieve. And the experience of being in the salon is always so relaxing. But most of all, I love the attention to detail and the fact that I feel totally listened to whenever I have any special hair ideas. Definitely the best in Auckland.
Always exceptional service from a fab and friendly team! I have been a Fusion client since 2009 and have always been treated to thoughtful and individualised service from Tracey and Becky. They know what will work for my curls (and what won't). The consultation process is thorough and I always know that after spending a couple of hours in their care, I will leave feeling and looking revitalised. It took me a long time to find a salon that I felt I could trust with my somewhat unruly hair and I am happy to say that I have found it at Fusion - and better yet, they're out west and parking is a breeze! Highly recommended!
What I am enjoying most about the Fusion salon is the attention to detail and ever surprising creativity of Tracey and Becky. I do not only feel great about my hair, but I also have a general sense of well being. Looking forward to my next appointment :-) Lili
Don't go there if you want a color! I ended up with a color lighter on the top of my head than on the length. The owner wasn't happy I've waited 10 days to say I was unhappy about the color. I was actually waiting to see if it would improve with time. She gave me an appointment 2 weeks after my call! So I waited 2 weeks and took the day off because it was right it the middle of the day. It was really hard to get her to understand what I wanted: 2 shades of brown (I never had a problem with that request in the past in any other hair dresser) and please NOT lighter on the top of the head! After 5 minutes of discussion I could clearly see I was bothering her. I ask if it was possible to have a refund and left with my horrible color still on the head and nothing to do for the rest of the day. I am pretty unhappy about the experience...
