I was very tired to enjoy my weekends. So I decided to visit a local spa. Evergreen day spa was the only option. And after my first visit I can’t wait to share my wonderful experience with them. Cent percent service with a perfection. You must visit it to feel the same. It’s of worth for your money.

Best price, best service in Wellington. I go here often for beauty treatments and rate them highly.

Got a voucher of Evergreens day spa and last week I visited their spa. I am quite impressed with their massage therapy. It was a calm environment and felt very peaceful while massaging. The lady who was massaging was very sweet. I will surely visit them next time, whether or not I get a voucher.

For three years, I've been seeing Helen at Evergreens for facials. In that time, she's made a whole new woman of my skin. Or is that me? She's counseled me for acne, fine lines, scarring, and living my life bravely and happily. I know, right? How often do you find an expert who becomes a friend who also has the wherewithal to do extractions? It's true that no one else seems to do them around here; even if they did, I'm not sure they could offer skin know-how of Helen's caliber. Visit Helen if you've got problem skin. Even if you don't, you'll still benefit. I don't know what she does for people with flawless skin because that's not me. But I'm sure it would be guided by cautious wisdom and gentle (but usually persuasive) suggestions that will help. And if you're looking for a massage, it's a good spot. I've had a few sessions that melted the earth and one or two very good massages that would have been amazing if the therapist would have been a little less chatty. But that's me. I slightly die when getting a massage and too much jibber-jabber ruins the experience. As someone who does massage others, I know a whole lot of folks like to yammer on the table. Last, but not least, enjoy the attention and care you can get here. These are kind folks running a great place because they love it.

I should've been put off when I phoned them and had the misforunte of speaking to a very rude lady. As it would happen I had the 'pleasure' of meeting this lady about 25minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start when I was still sitting in the untidy waiting room. Now to rewind a little, I had a call about 50minutes before my appointment was schedule to see if I wanted to push my appointment to another time or day. I replied that it would be inconvenient as I had already arranged care for me daughter. The man replied that I could keep my 10am appointment. I asked him if he was sure as I was about to get in the car, and there was no point if they couldn't accomodate me. He replied that it was fine. When I arrived at 10am there was no one at reception. 5minutes are so later, a man (sloth was apt description) arrived and demanded my voucher, no greeting. I filled in the form and waited. 10 minutes after my appointment was due to start the man advised that 'she won't be long, I think she is just grabbing a coffee' and that they had double booked me. Then he stood outside and proceeded to scream down the phone at someone, who kept hanging up on him. 25minutes after my appointment was due to have started and angry looking women stormed into the waiting room (with a coffee) and yelled at me asking why I had come, and bellowed that her husband had told me that their staff were sick and that I shouldn't have come but allegedly I insisted on coming anyway. I, in a state of shock, stood up and said (superisingly calmly!) that I thought they way she was speaking to me was incredibly rude and I would not feel comfortable having her massage me and walked out. The most appalling customer service i have ever been privvy too. I don't know how they can run a business.
