I've been going to Siham for 10 years and have never disliked a cut or color. The two times I didn't want to make the drive out 280 and tried a different salon I immediately regretted it. Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Moving to a new city and finding a good hair stylist is quite the challenge. After reviewing many salons in Birmingham. I ended up trying out Morgan Ashley. My 1st appointment was with Wendy. The appointment went great so i decided to make this my official salon and make my official stylist Wendy. I am writing this review because just recently I have been under much stress and in result my hair and scalp basically went ramped on me. My hair would tangle so bad it was painful to brush and my scalp would hurt to touch. Many friends and family said suriouses or cradled cap. I'm still not exactly sure. Any who, after letting my stylist(Wendy) know of my hair struggles she addressed them with much help. After her recommendations and treatment during my visit the next day I was pretty much tangle free and on the road to hair happiness. I just want to thank Mrs. Wendy for her get customer service and helpfulness. No dermatologist trip needed :- )

Customer for over a year. Very pleased with Siham and all personnel. No prices are published and each check out is a little higher price than before. When I look at all my receipts it is obvious I have been gouged, with steadily increasing and inconsistent pricing. I am a good tipper (min. 20% plus shampoo person). Prices are not posted and seem to be randomly done based on the client's good nature not to complain. This is no way to treat a loyal customer, which I have been. There is just too much competition for a company to feel they can take advantage of a good, faithful and regular client. I will not go back. I sent an email inquiring and the big sin is they never even replied to me.

My daughter got married last Saturday and she had her hair done by Molly and her make-up done by Amber. She had a wonderful experience with both girls. They worked very hard to get everything just right and I must say, the bride was beautiful. I highly recommend this place for your special occasions!

I recently moved to the Birmingham area and have been looking for a good salon. I have finally found one!! Beth cut my hair and she did a fantastic job, one of the best haircuts I have ever had. The price was fair, however they do have a strange tipping policy. They want you to tip with cash or personal check. I rarely carry cash so I'll have to remember to make a trip to the bank before each appointment or remember to bring my checkbook. Kinda a pain, but worth it. Salon was clean/trendy and staff was all super nice.
