TERRIBLE FRONT DESK CLERK!!!!!! I have been going to this salon for quite some time, brought/referred friends and considered this a decent local nail salon. I scheduled a friend for salon services and due to an emergency at our job we were unable to make the service, we thought we would be out in time but she called at the time of the appointment to speak to the front desk guy (bald with baseball cap, did not ever get his name)....only to have him yell at her telling her she is 5 minutes late but has had someone waiting for her for 15 minutes? Which I did not understand, he proceeds to chastise her for not being able to make it and she is literally almost in tears. I picked up the phone and explained that I referred her and I come in there quite a bit and this was an unforeseen emergency, he responds "I don't care, it doesn't matter", and continues to interrupt, yell and speak very rudely to me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS "BUSINESS" AGAIN AND DO NOT WISH THIS SITUATION ON ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! I will go somewhere else where I am respected and spend my hard earned money. Beware of this front desk clerk.
