Waited 15 minutes in the back room for a massage apointment only to be told that they could not get ahold of the therapist . They didn't seem to care. I used to go there all the time. I doubt I will be back

I got a manicure here recently. They didn't even know how to give a French manicure! My nails looked awful. The polish was three layers thick, yet still crooked and started chipping/splitting the first day. I don't know how they stay in business.
