I went to Tina to get highlights, and low lights after going to Walmart, and coming out with a bad hair cut and orange hair..not to mention they messed up daughters hair cut also. Tina did an amazing job on my hair!!! I love it so much and I will never trust anyone else with my hair!!!!!!!!!

In response to the negative review , we at Athena's strive to give the best experience to all. I am so sorry that she had a bad experience. A wedding is a stressful time for all, and I do believe that this was a factor. The other girls in the wedding party, including the bride, were extremely happy. There are always some people that you can't please no matter how hard you try. I am happy that she found a place she likes. I do believe that these negative reviews can hurt a business. My wish is that people think before they post them, and that the facts are truthful. As of 6-6-2013, we are a smoke free Salon! Lisa G. reviewed last week and says we smoke too much, but we do not smoke at all. She must have confused us with another Salon. What is up with people posting negative reviews that we cannot get deleted if they are just not true. What is up with the smoking? Athena Emerson

Absolute best haircut experience I've ever had. Tina gave me exactly what I wanted and showed me how to style it and everything, and not to mention she's also fun to talk to and very enthusiastic in general. True story, she did a happy dance while cutting the vast majority of my hair off.

Before coming to this salon I have never had an enjoyable experience with salons or the people that work in them until I walked into this one.Tina changed my years of hating getting my hair done & my hair in general into something I am starting to love. I have never gotten so many compliments before. The prices are so reasonable. Did I mention that Tina is freaking amazing not only as a stylist but also a person. I will definitely be back, actually cannot wait!

The first time I went to Tina, she fixed my hair crisis and worked with me completely! She listens to what you want, and somehow goes even above and beyond that! I have never been so happy with my hair.
