I went into the salon asking for an eyebrow wax and a cheek and neck wax (dark hair problems). Here is a list of all the things that went wrong: 1. SHE TOOK A CHUNK OUT OF MY EYEBROW! After I was done and paid (which there is only a student discount on nails.. not waxing..) I went to the car and looked in the mirror at my freshly waxed eyebrows. The part closest to my nose, where it is supposed to thicken, there is an awful straight line. I am going to have to fill it in for weeks until it grows back (I have black eyebrows which makes it more noticable). I also am going to have to get my cheeks waxed again because she missed patches of hairs. 2. When I first arrived, I was expecting to be taken back to a little room to get my waxing done. Wrong! They plopped me down in a chair out in the open where all the other customers could watch me get my cheeks and neck waxed. How embarrassing! 3. while she was applying to wax, she would try to push it too far across my face causing pain. 4. I felt like she was talking poorly about me to another employee (of course in an Asian language I couldn't understand) The guy she was talking to looked over at me and chuckled after she made her comment. How rude! SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
