I went in for a simple gel manicure. i left with ruined nails!!. I asked for specific colors and the older vietnamese man was arguing, tells me what i want is the color he's offering even though i'm tell him it's not. This guy (who no one should ever go to) then decided to use an electric file to take the old gel polish off my nails. Told him, no one's done that before but he insisted it was fine. He practically file my nails off. i didn't realised how bad it was until 2days later when i noticed the gel nail polish peeling off. then i noticed my nails cracking. Touching the tips of my nails feels like a thin paper. With each day that passed, I noticed more and more nails tip cracking and tearing off in such painful bleeding way. If you must go.. DO NOT LET THE OLDER Vietnamese MAN DO your nails. I am so angry that my nails are ruined.!!!! To top it off, i noticed the tools he used weren't sterilized you could easily get a nail infection. I wish i had read other reviews regarding this man prior to going. If you REALLY MUST go, I just won't go period. I'm just to upset right now. It seems like

Took my mom there to get a nail fill today and she had the worst experience. They advertise that their business is very clean and yet the man who did my mom's nails continually wiped his nose and his station was dirty and messy. He ordered my mom to sit down at his station after she had been waiting several minutes and then proceeded to take her hand and waive it around saying what a mess her nails were and that she needed a whole new set because they were so old (which they were not on both accounts). After telling him that she did not want a new set, just a fill, he proceeded to hem and haw over it before telling her that it would be an extra $3 because she had a nail missing. She told him that she had brought the nail with her and that it just needed to be glued back on. He said no and that it had to be replaced. She said fine since it needed to be repaired. He was rude and abrupt with her the whole time. At one point during the manicure, he cut one of her cuticles and didn't even so much as apologize or attempt to fix it. When I went in to pay, the people there were all crowded around each other not paying any attention at all. Needless to say, I did not tip and will never go there again. There are so many other nail salons in the area that there is no need to go to one with horrible service and an unclean environment.

It's not very often I go get my nails done as I am ruff on my hands and it never lasts very long. My sister talked me into going with her Sunday. She had a coupon to this place so we thought we would try it. The past few times I have tried the new gel shellac and it has lasted much better than regular polish. I'm not sure what they did differently here than the other places I have been to but the polish peeled off in large sheets the day after. Which exposed REALLY roughed up nails. I didn't notice when she buffed them but I guess she used a bigger grit or something because I have never seen my nails look this scratched and bad looking. The polish was sloppy to begin with and the flowers that she painted on looked like a little kid had done them. I am usually so impressed with the artistry they can do on nails. But this time I was very disappointed.

Its very rare for me to take the time to write a review but I felt like this was necessary. The manager here is so rude and unprofessional it is amazing they still have customers. I have been there several times and witnessed her fight with customers or employees. Well unfortently she started a fight with me and actually got in my face and started screaming. I was in shock and did not know what to do. All I did was make a comment to the nail tech letting her know that they are always have to wait a long time even when I make an appointment. She said they never tell her when I make an appointment so she never knows. Next thing I know it the manager came over screaming at me. Then she started talking about me to the other employees. Worst pedicure expereince ever.

As a 30-year-old mom with 2 little youngin's, I come here for a break from all that stress. Unlike the previous reviews, I had a lovely experience. The wait may take a little longer, but it's totally worth it. I mean, you wouldn't expect a salon to be full of customers when the service is terrible, right? I get my pedis and medis done at the same time when I told the owner that I had a hair appointment. I come out with great nails and toes! I cannot wait to show them off to my friends and family this New Year. I recommend this spa to everyone. Thanks for making me feel like an Outstanding Beautiful Individual!
