Update- I did receive an itemized bill in response to my concerns. Heads up on extra, undisclosed charges i.e. french tips and callous remover. Advance notice would be helpful. Typically, I really enjoy this salon. I talked it up and brought my daughter, armed with coupons. My technician was wonderful, however, the gentleman who rang me up overcharged me. I got a spa pedicure, coupon price $17.99, a gel manicure (again used a coupon), and a brow wax with coupon. The total came to $58 which was way too much. The cashier said $10 for brows even though coupon said $7.99 and he said $10 for polish removal. I have NEVER been charged for that when getting a pedi!!! My daughter was also over charged with a $10 tack-on for "shaping and curving" her toenails. What the heck!!! Additionally, the brow wax is slapped on without being cooled at all so watch out! I am bummed. I pointed out the overage and inquired again about the coupon, but was assured the amount was correct. Today was a special Mom- Daughter outing and i didn't want to spoil it with a scene. If Fancy Nails is willing to compensate me, I will give them another try. If not, it's back to the drawing board for me. Either way, someone needs to put these ridiculous charges and add-ons in check. Don't bother with coupons if you are going to charge regular price anyway!

I've been here so many times and this place is absolutely AMAZING. I've read some of the reviews on here. Every business has their ups and downs, but so far, this place is the best, and THE PLACE TO GO! Prices are reasonable, owner and techs are friendly, so far so good! I recommend this place!

Not great - you'd think I would learn after THREE poor experiences. Either filing is crooked, gel nails start coming off in a week, heels rougher coming out than going in or the polish has bubbles. But the family and such are very nice. Just wish their skills could keep me as they are extremely close to my work.

I have been to this place several times and have always been more than happy with my mani and/or pedi. I have had a few different people give me a pedicure/manicure and every single one of them have done a terrific job and have been extremely friendly and professional. I have gotten pedis at a lot of places, but after going here I haven't gone anywhere else! The place is always super clean and the massage chairs are the best!
