Walking in, this salon is dirty. You give it a chance because it is a hole in the wall, and usually they are the best places... NOPE! This is by far the worst hair salon I have ever been in. I went in for an ombre two days ago and left with orange-blonde hair, with an inch of dark brown grow out. I have never had color done, so I thought I had to pay for it.. I didn't know that not paying was an option. I left her a tip because she did take time to do it but obviously it was not enough time. I called her a few hours later and told her I was not happy with it, she said to wash it in two days and that it would wash out then she hung up (today when I called back she said that it had disconnected). When I made the appointment the owner asked me for my number and I even received two text messages from them, so why didn't she call me back when the call disconnected?... because my number "never saved." I never called her back because I was pissed that she hung up. Yesterday I went to a different salon in north phoenix to have it fixed. The stylist could not believe what she was seeing. She was is shock at how awful my hair was, but she fixed it and now it looks AMAZING=] I called the All About You Hair Salon to see if they could refund me my money.. What I got was a huge slap to the face. The manager (the lady that did my hair) told me that she could not do that because I left a happy customer. At the end of the conversation she told me that she was going to give the owner a call to see what they could do. She called me back with a shit offer for hair cuts and colors- free I'm assuming- I asked for her to have the owner call me. She then called me back and told me that the owner told her to have me go in- that she was not going to call me. I went in and basically had a yell fest with the owner, while the barber huffed and puffed in the corner breathing loudly like he was bored of hearing us. There was a customer in the building, and before we started talking I asked if we should talk there and she said it was fine- Jackie was highly unprofessional. I showed her the photos of what I had asked for and she showed me the picture of what Priscilla gave me, and proceeded to tell me that they were the same.. She was blind. What Priscilla gave me was far less than satisfactory. She told me she was not going to give me a refund because I did not give Priscilla the opportunity to fix it; which in-fact I did do. I just thought that she had hung up on me. Plus, she messed it up the first time. Why would I want to go back to someone that inadequate? Priscilla was working on her customer the whole time with a smile on her face, she hardly said anything (because she knew she was wrong). The barber then came out as I was in my car and waved at me like a smart ass. -Bri -Bri
