The salon itself is average. I went to Melissa with specific pictures of what I wanted. She didn't look at them. She got the color wrong and cut my hair about six inches too short. I haven't cried about my hair since middle school until now. I was so upset. I had to quickly leave the salon so I didn't cry in front of everyone. Very pricey, I recommend going to a stylist that knows how to LISTEN and will give her clients what they want for over a hundred dollars. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and I most certainly will NOT recommend this salon to my friends.
Got an awful haircut here from their stylist Larry. It did not help that he yammered on incessantly about himself the entire time and I could barely get a word in edgewise to tell him what I wanted. Had to go to a CostCutters a few days later to correct it, and what do you know--for less than half the price, they did a wayyy better job. This is review is NOT a reflection on the overall salon--I don't doubt they have good stylists there, nail services, etc. But do NOT get your hair cut with Larry if you decide to go there.
Love Zinizo Salon!! Melissa is my stylist there, and she does both incredible color and cuts. 2 of my friends see her now, and they are just as happy as I am!!
