Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014 I made an appt. for 10am. I have short hair, but needed a trim. I had a wash, cut and blow dry. Anna was available to do the job. I thought she knew how to cut hair. I explained that I wanted the length on my neck area to stay the same, only layer it out. I explained that I wanted the top (crown ) of my head to stay long and not to touch my bangs. I explained that I wanted it cut around my ears and have some body on the sides. Anna said she understood how I wanted it cut. BUT that's NOT what I got! The hair on top is cut sooo short I can't get a complete roll of hair on my curling iron. Way too, too short, exactly what I said, I DIDN'T WANT! Long patches of hair through out my head. Blunt cut, not layering or feathering around my face, ALL BLUNT CUT! The length around my neck chopped off way to short. One side is longer than the other and I had to trim it myself. Bottom Line: A CRAPPY HAIR CUT. Would not recommend this Salon, nor would I recommend Anna to touch anyone's hair!!! Money wasted!!!!
