I just had a wax there today and had an awesome experience. They made sure to inform me as much as possible on what to expect. Very friendly and welcoming environment. I was there no longer than 15 minutes and I walked out of there feeling great. The pain was very tolerable but of course everyone has a different pain tolerance. My wax was done by Linsey and she was great!! I previously went to another Pretty Kitty and it was an OK experience. I decided to try a new location and loved it. Highly recommend this location.
