I went to the Salon Bar without an appointment and the were swamped. Duh!!! It's the day before mother's day. I thought that Pro Nails is a small salon and wouldn't be booked. When I walked in, it was busy so I thought, "ok, not so bad." OMG!!!!! The young man who did my nails was working so fast that he did a horribly sloppy job. I told him that I don't care about the cost, so I got a full set of silk. There is silk all over my fingers, he didnt manicure my cuticles and the nails are on crooked. They are a mess. If he asked what polish I wanted, I couldnt understand him. He just pulled out the clear and gave me a french color. The worst part is that he filed under my ring finger nail so hard, he filed my skin. I was bleeding. I was just too worried to say anything about a discount and he wouldnt have understood me anyway. I am not joking. This is the first (and last) time there. Never again. I'm a little worried about the cleanliness. Me and another patron were also charged $3 more that was posted but in fairness, he did tell me the cost before starting the silk. OUCH!!!! Nope. Never again. Very Nice man but horrible nail salon.
