I had the worst haircut of my life from Christina! I wanted layers and ended up with a mullet!! While she was cutting she just started grabbing prices and chopping it off. She didn't comb out each section or even take time to check her work. The entire hair cut took less than 10 minutes. The next day I called the owner, Cindy and she acted as though she didn't care and didn't even want to make time to look at it. I ended up going back in there the next day and she made me wait while she cut 2 other peoples hair and didn't even apologize! When I finally got into the chair she just kept blaming my hair saying that I just need to put product in it, blow dry it, and flat iron it. I explained to her that I don't use products in my hair and rarely blow dry it which I already told Christina. All Cindy said was that I was going to have to start. What I don't understand is why a "professional" stylist would cut someones hair in a way that would prevent them from maintaining their current lifestyle! If layers wouldn't work on me, she should have told me that and I would have been happy with a trim! Also, Cindy didn't even offer me my money back or even apologize! I cannot believe the owner would behave that way. I guess she doesn't care if she has clients or makes money! Completely avoid Fantastic Sam's in Lincoln. They are no where near fantastic!!!

Love this place!! i was a little weary after reading the previous review. But me and my mom decided to try it for two hair cuts for $9.99 which was a special they had going on. I had jodie for my hair cut and she was very quite, she didnt wash my hair very good, and kept combing my ears and face off. My hair cut came out fantastic though. My mom had Cindy who i guess was the owner, and she was great, and really listened to what my mom wanted. After getting our hair cut we talked with cindy about some hair color ideas, and decided to come back that day for color. Cindy did fabulous on my moms partial highlights, i was amazed, because she is verry particular about color. Jessica did my all over color and she was very nice and made coversation. She did fabulous on my color and she did it in a good amount of time. I would recommend everyone to either jessica or cindy they are fabulous and you cant beat their prices!! Very happy with my experience!!!!
