First time I went I recieved a supper Sketchy hair cut from the old women whi runs the place, awfull. So, I decided to go for another shot, wrong. Got a nice person but she cut my hair so bad I looked like a coconut around the back of my head. 0/10 would not recomend

I went on a Tuesday afternoon. Asked if somebody has experience with fine hair. A young woman, Sandy, said she has fine hair too and can give me a haircut. She cut my hair perfectly fine. I was impressed. Best haircut I had for a long time. I will go back to her.

I called the night before to see if ascertain stylist I'd been referred to was going to be there the next day. I was told he would be there from 1-9 the next day, great can I get an appointment...was told its walkin only. Okay so I wlk in with my large family, we have 4 kids to get my 2 year olds hair cut. The lady at the desk says that the only APPOINTMENT that Twan has is 4:15...I say appt?? I was told you don't make appts?!? She laughs at me and says Well Twan is popular and only works with appts! Okay so I'll take the 4:15 and spell my sons name out and sit down. At 4:16 Twan is taking another girl, a walk in mind you. I wlk to the desk and check why? The girl says oh oops but you never checked in with me? Huh?!?? I just made the appt 30 minutes before and I've been sitting here for 30 minutes! She says she sees too many eople and can't keep track....huh?!? No apology...nothing! Thank goodness Twan was good and he also gave me a discount since he realized they'd done wrong!!!

Not a terrible experience, but the woman would not cut my hair in the style I asked for and I felt extremely rushed. Overall, not a satisfing experience.
