I drive all the way from Sherman Oaks to get my hair done at John of Italy. The only person I have trusted with my hair for years now is Rosy Hernandez. She is hands down the best with color out there. She has taken my naturally black hair and made it a beautiful light brown almost blond without any damage what so ever to my hair. I highly recommend going to Rosy she is the best!!! I will not let anyone else touch my hair.
Rosy @ John of Italy is incredible. I met her for the first time this morning and left the salon feeling satisfied and uplifted. She took her time cutting and styling my hair. I could not be happier. She actually listened to me. Can't wait for her to do my color next Friday. Whoever reads this review and is looking for a new hair stylist, don't hesitate to give Rosy a try.
Isa double books you and has her assistant do 95% of the work. Most of the time you'll have to wait and she'll have her assistant move you from seat to seat all over the salon while she takes care of other things during YOUR appt time. Its one thing if the waiting time is worth it but the poor results will show. She doesn't even mix her own color, of course her overworked assistant does it! You can tell by her hair that the results won't be good. She is also very low class in her taste. Avoid Isa and save your hair and money!!
