So I went for my 1st time to get gel nails. They had a special for $20 and then I paid $30 for a regular pedicure with a design. Although the design was beautiful, after 6 days my toenails are already chipping bad and the gel has come off the tops of my nails and they are all broken and ruined. I called them and they said they were too busy today (Sunday) to fix them, but would fix them tomorrow. I had planned to get them re-based and a new pedicure on Friday before we left for an 8 day trip, but I don't trust them now because of how long it lasted. I can't imagine how much it would cost on a cruise. I don't have the experience to know if it would be normal for the tops of my nails to fall apart (they trimmed them back quite a ways), but I have not had a pedicure chip this fast when I am wearing ONLY sandals to keep the design intact (the design ripped yesterday) .Plus that means I would have to sit through a 30 minute thing and then go back Friday for about an hour. I am going to try someplace else. A good design and nice people are not worth something that doesn't even last a week. I am so disappointed. I would have used them regularly, but with the poor quality and the lack of customer service I am never going back.
