AWFUL! Went in to get a brow wax & mani-pedi with a friend. The girl laid me on a table in the back closet (a nasty, nasty cot thing with nothing sanitary in sight), & waxed off half my brows before asking what I wanted! She then claimed that she hadn't taken off them much, even showing me the strips with half my eyebrow on them. PLUS, the botched eyebrows don't even match!! I was clearly upset, told her it was not at all what I wanted & that she started before I could tell her what I wanted. She never once apologized, & still charged me full price! ARE YOU KIDDING?! We left without getting our nails done. I now have to try & find somewhere that can salvage what's left of my eyebrows. I will be letting everyone I know to never go there. It's one thing to mess up, but then to not apologize, try to make it right, & still charge me full price when I was in tears over how bad my eyebrows looked? No way. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place.

I have been to this salon a few times now and have always had a pleasant experience. Lan does a excellent pink and white and amazing pedi's. They're always really friendly to me and never rude. I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years and their prices are comparable to any other salon I have ever been.

I am new to the area and decided to try this salon. The lady did not listen to my likes/dislikes. I asked her to do a simple pink and white full set with white tips. She instead used powder to make the white tips because she said they were better. Little did I know she was also going to charge me $10 extra for this. After finishing my nails she added the UV gel topcoat. This was an additional $5. I can't believe they nickle and dime there! If it is an extra you should ask the client first. After only a week, my nails are yellowing. I will NOT be going back!

I was a frequent user of this salon for both nails and waxing. They used to provide high quality service for a decent price. Now they are horrible! I thought the first time I had a bad experience was a fluke. Went back again and had another terrible experience. I will never go back.

Very Friendly...they work very hard. Nancy's the best..she always gets you in, even at the last minute. Nellie is very sweet...and does a great pedicure!
