I went to get my hair highlighted by Rachel--requested highlights that would be more natural and easily grown out--I walked out of the salon with fake-looking orange highlights. The visit was booked too tightly--stylist was rushed and fake in trying to be friendly. I gave it 24 hours, and luckily she was willing to try and correct it. End product still looked unnatural, but closer to my real hair color. Avoid this place for coloring
