Well, I can't tell you how the hairstyle turned out because my daughter and I never got that far. What I can tell you is that I have never seen worse attitudes in my life. We felt extremely unwelcome. Every employee had a sour expression. Customers were talked about after they left. There was utter chaos about wait times, who would be doing what, etc. Frankly, I was afraid to have any of them touch my hair. My best advice, find another salon. I just made an appointment with Above and Beyond, and just by speaking to them over the phone, I feel 100% better about going there! You should never walk into an establishment and feel like a burden to them. You are spending your hard earned dollars with them and they should treat you with respect in return. I hope this review can help someone else avoid the awful experience my daughter and I had today. :)
