I had my hair cut at Fantastic Sams this week, and I am very satisfied. I did not have to wait, the stylist asked how I wanted it cut and she was very professional. I have been getting my hair cut at Fantastic Sams for 9 years, and for me it is the obvious choice. The coffee is always good and I like the TV. The stylists are good people, talented and very personable.
Just to be fair,Cape Coral location is independtintly owned My girlfriend made reservations at your Cape Coral location today appox., 2 weeks ago for a hair appointment today. We are leaving on a week vacation tomorrow and she wanted to look her best. Well, guess what happened!, she arrived before the doors opened prior to 11:00 and waited at the front door along with a crowd of 5 other women,that didn't have any appointments. Doors opened and she went to the front desk and told the SURLY attendant that she had an appointment at 11:00 for a complete hair treatment. After sitting for 45 minutes and watching all the women that came in the door and children get taken care off first,with no... appointments get taken care she went back to the front desk and conveyed her concern. She complained to the attendant about the poor service and the sic.., response was, "We no longer take reservations at this location!", well they had no problem over the phone 2 weeks ago,taking reservations,dughh!!, Does your company honor reservations currently or as of 2 weeks ago? We will be coming back from our vacation in 6 days. If I don't get a proper response,I will be more then happy!, to vent over Yelp and 4 other sites on the internet of how my girl was treated.My girlfriend was very upset how she was treated and ended up going to another salon,Red Hair Salon,with out an appointment and was taken care of with a hair treatment,and might I add beautifully done.Just a simple word of advice in the future. Take care of your customers the best you can. Customer service is all important and your word is Gold. You break that bond there can be consequences!!! I have been going to this location for a few years now only because it's close and decently price. Today was my last straw with this place. EVerytime I go, I make a " call ahead", which apparently doesn't mean anything when you get there.I called at noon for a 5:15 appointment, and when I get there the unfriendly lady told me is was a 2 hour wait. And then told me that the people in the waiting room have been there for more than 12 minutes so my call ahead didn't matter. They only do 7.95 haircuts for kids on Wednesday, so that is why I made my appoint for my son this day. I told her I would come back the next day for my 7.95 haircut since I had already called ahead for that day. She was rude and was no help whatsoever. The older lady she may be mid 40's early 50's with the blonde hair is always rude and has a sour face when you come into the location. This will be my last visit here.
Noni gives really great haircuts! Women could be a bit more friendly when you come in, I'm usually greeted by sour faces, but other than that, clean environment & they are friendly once you get in the chair.
They did a great job with my ombre hair. Everybody loves my hair
