Don't go there for anything!!! Nichole has cut my hair before with no issues at all. This time...she was RUDE and VERY SHORT with me. She interrupted me while I was still talking and said, "see ya next time" before I was ready to leave. That's not all...she did an auful job on my hair! Bangs are cut about an inch too short and UNEVEN after I said just to shape them up and they are the length I want! She cut the layer I'm growing out and I asked her to simply blend it with the rest of my hair like she has been doing. She walked away (not even letting me see the back of my hair or check out the rest of my hair). I am reporting her to the florida state board of cosmetotogy.
When I called back to speak to a manager...the lady answering the phone was HATEFUL! So, I hope contacting the board gets their attention. Maybe Nichole will calm down and do hair better. I will NEVER go back there!
