I have been going to Neff Studio for months now, and actually just returned from my latest service. I have always seen AJ and he is amazing! He always listens to exactly what I want, and advises me when I'm not quite sure what direction I want to go in regarding my color. The rest of the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Easily five stars, and I would give AJ six if I could!

I got my hair colored here once and I absolutely loved it! The stylist was so professional and her suggestions to up keep it were great. I definitely took her advice and I purchased the suggested shampoo and conditioner.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Charged me $270.00 for a highlight that still showed my roots because the stylist couldn't get close enough on my scalp. She did get close on my other skin though...by staining my clothing and my skin on my wrists, forehead and pants. I asked for a price consult and was charged three times that amount at checkout. The manager wasnt there so I went ahead and paid it and asked him to call me back. One month later and I havent heard anything despite several messages left. Finally got a response today when I went public and posted a review on the salon. The owner basically called me a liar, said they called me and I hung up and that they offered me discounted future services... they didnt call nor offer anything. Basically banned me from using anyone else in the salon unless its the owner who is booking 2 months or more out and charges almost a hundred dollars for a haircut. Just a disaster. Bad color job, sloppy, poor customer service and $270.00 for a bad highlight in Cape Coral Florida!!!! Unreal. Furthurmore...just as said in previous reviews...the front desk will alter and play with your appts and not let you know then say you are a liar. Horrible!

I spent a while trying to find a place to do my hair that I actually wanted to go back and once I found Neff over year ago now I can't wait for my appointments. They are the nicest people and are very talented. I have had my hair cut and colored by Sarah for a while now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I love that they offer you water, a scalp massage, and an arm massage with a warm towel for your face, it really makes you feel comfortable with them and after a long week it is really relaxing. I love that they really take the time to get to know you, they listen to what you want and offer what they think would be good for your hair and it is always amazing! I have never been disappointed with the result and always walk out feeling great. :)

I have been coming to this salon for a while , The only reason why I come here is because the stylists are awesome .. Always done a great job , never disapointed. The only thing I dislike is the customer service at the front desk.. I made an apointment with jade like i always do after she finishes my hair . 8 weeks go by and I never get a call for confirmation , so I call and to find out my appoint was erased . I try to get an apointment with her and I have to wait 4 weeks.. Manager tells me "our computers never lie" There is no appreciation for there local floridian clients . winter time comes around and they are super busy with the snow birds and could care less if you come in and spend your hard earned money every 8 weeks all year long . I was expecting to get my highlights touched up b4 christmas but I guess I lied about having an apointment set to there tech savvy manager.
