I really like Vida Spa. I went there for a laser hair removal treatment, I have been going for the last four months and I have seen the results since the first visit. The staff is very friendly and answer all my questions and concerns. I also called late once and they helped me to move my appointment for a later time. A friend of mine recommended me this place and she also has good results with a Plasma facial.
Over priced and horrible customer service. I do not recommend it
I went to this place for ilipo, I am skinny but with a little belly, so I was hoping to loose a couple inches. The first day they took my measures and made I file. After the last seccion they couldn't even find my file to show me the improvement. I can't see any diference at all from the first session. Total dissapointment!
I normally do not write reviews, but I made an exception this time after my unpleasant experience. I wish I could review my visit at Vida Spa and Wellness Center but due to the unprofessinalism of the current staff, I chose not to attend my appointment. Firstly, the staff failed to mention that we must schedule (6) appointments via the website before my first visit. Secondly, they called within an hour of my appointment to inform me that they had to cancel after I had made all my arrangements to attend the appointment. Lastly, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and unaccomadating. If you have the choice between spas, I recommend that you find one that cares for the customer rather than treating them like they are unwanted.
VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER REQUESTING REFUND I purchased a $139.00 Groupon for laser hair removal, at Vida Spa. I had my second visit scheduled for February. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to car issues. When I explained this to the receptionist she stated that they did not have an opening until April. Laser hair removal has to be done on a monthly basis, if not, it will not work properly. The receptionist still insisted that I come in April. I asked for a manager and she said he was not there but will be there tomorrow. I ended the call and said I would call tomorrow. I called the next day and spoke to Frank "the manager". I explained my situation to Frank. Frank said we are booked until April. I asked for him to please give me an appointment sooner. He said "What do you want me to do?" I said, that is the sort of treatment you give to clients? He said what do you want me to say? "Thank god we are busy! IT IS WHAT IT IS" If I would have known, that if I ever had to reschedule an appointment with them, I wouldn't get one till 2 months later I would have never bought the Groupon in the first place. That is just ridiculous! I requested a refund because the treatment "the manager" gave me made me never want to step foot in that place again! When you go to any Spa, you are the client. The Spa is there to work with you, not treat you like your treatments do not matter because they are busy. the customer service provided by them is horrid! Frank gives "managers" bad names.
