great ladies wonderful service friendly and a full service spa!!

What experience? I called to ask If they offer a certain service no one answered so I left a message and my number never heard back from them. Not a good way to run a business.

I went to Emmett's for about a year to get my legs waxed. I did a full leg and their original technician was outstanding. She rarely missed a section of hair and NEVER bruised me. I made my usual appointment after my second to last service which was for one month later. I came in on the day of my last appointment and was surprised with a new technician. The one I had loved had moved away a couple weeks before and I had not been called or asked if I wanted to alter my appointment to get to know the new technican. I asked the new woman a few questions and decided to try her out. BIG MISTAKE! She was awful. She did not get all of my hair (I actually had to shave the next day she had missed so much!) and she gave me two huge bruises that covered my inner thighs and lasted for weeks! I complained to the hostess and she still made me pay the full amount for the appointment! Needless to say I have never returned.I would not recomend their waxing services as I have heard similar stories from others who have been to her.

While their menu of packages is extensive, I received a basic minicure & pedicure at Emmett's. Not being familiar with the area, I knew that this was a reputible establishment when I saw that they provide the Bumble & Bumble line of hair products and booked my appointment immediatly while I was in town for a wedding. The service was professional and the atmosphere enjoyable. The staff were also very knowledgable of their products, and were able to help me with a personal selection.
