At first friendly enough staff however went here for a Shellac manicure on a February afternoon and the shellac was bubbled upon coming out of UV light machine - the polish was obviously past its prime and should have been taken off the shelf. Out come the wraps to now remove the cured shellac - another 15 minutes. Had already spent over an hour here and had to get back to my office. They told me to come back before 6 pm which I said I would. Then they proceeded to tell me to pay now... I was confused pay now for what services? I got my nails filed and that was it. I was leaving with no polish anything. The "Manager" said I should pay for a manicure which I said I would be happy to pay for half since I have no polish/top coat or anything. She then said $15 pay now. Which we know if the full manicure price. I needed to get out of there so just paid it to get back to work but should have just walked out. I feel like I got robbed there and would suggest NO ONE VISIT THIS PLACE if you are looking for reviews. They obliviously do not care for customer service and forget about meticulous nail care!! Too bad they are turn and burn at this time of year - they would do better to try and keep their year round customers I would think.
