Supercuts

Really messed a friend's haircut up, and when I took him back for them to fix it. While we're standing in front of the lady, explaining this she takes a phone call and an appointment. She fixes my friends hair and tells me I have to wait because the appointment She took while I was standing in front of her showed up while she was fixing my friends head (kind of) and I was waiting. Terrible customer service and provides terrible haircuts. After all this I wouldn't let them touch my hair
this supercuts is very nice looking, compared to other locations. i just don't like how you see mold on the ceiling as your getting shampooed.
Okay experience here. I went to go get my hair cut in a different fashion from the same old blase hair I'd been carrying around lately. I wanted to keep it long but for it to look like I had actually received a haircut. I sat in the chair less than 10 minutes when my stylist uttered the words "you're done." 10 minutes. Glad he put a lot of thought and time into my hair cut. Anyways, $26 later my hair looks practically identical with a slight bang that wasn't faded into my hair like I had asked. Needless to say, I don't feel the money I spent (as little as it was) was worth the "trim" that I got.
I've always been very wary of SuperCuts b/c you think SuperCuts you don't think "glamourous", you think "just out of beauty school or over the hill can't see what they're doing" types. I had the same feeling @ first going to this store, here we go my cheap haircut. But a young guy by the name of Ryan tended to me and actually made a $15 cut feel like it was worth $50. Can't go wrong with service and attention like that. FYI....
My girlfriend just finished crying, her hair has racing stripes even after they tryed to fix it 3 times and they ruined the shirt I just bought her for X-mas. I would never recomend Supercuts to anyone..
