I use to love this place. Too many turn overs. There is a older lady that works there you can tell she has no idea what she's doing. I use to see Rosa. She was the best out of anyone there. Recently I asked for highlights. I have never had highlights before showed her a picture of what I wanted got something completely different. I asked for brown highlights because my hair is black. I got blonde instead!!!! I called today to see if I could come in to see if she could do something different.... she was too busy. I called at 6 they close at 9. I'm done tolerating this place!
