I've always had the best experience here for both gel nails and eyebrow waxing. The technicians are sweet and helpful, take their time and do a great job - plus their prices are great! $8 for eyebrow waxing and $25-$35 for gel nails (with or without optional manicure, $25 for reg color, $30 for french). I've been going here for months and always love it. Unfortunately, Saturday I went in for a manicure and gel nails. They were incredibly busy and I waited for about 40 minutes. The tech, a less-experienced guy, was confused when I asked for "american" (same as a French manicure but with more neutral-colored tips). He asked for help from his coworkers and we got through it - but I just couldn't be happy with the way the nails were done. However, I went back today and mentioned that I was a little upset -- and the techs were so pleasant about it -- Kim re-did my nails, which I now love, and she wouldn't even accept a tip for her trouble. I highly recommend the ladies in this place! Bottom line is that I've had MANY great experiences here, and I was very happy with the resolution of my one small not-so-great experience. Highly recommend!
They so friendly and they take there time and do a good job. they just need a better color selection.
The pedicure took all of 15 minutes. I guess you get what you pay for. $23
I went there June 2007 and got a pedicure ($23). The staff was friendly. Nice big comfy massaging chairs. I will definitely go back.
