I like the atmosphere, the knowledge and talent of the hair stylist/owner of the salon. She made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Good customer service is important to me; I will recommend this salon to others.
The shop has a modern decor and calm atmosphere. I received a wash and shampoo for $45. I'm in the process of going natural with my hair, so the stylist used a flat iron and didn't touch my roots. Would have preferred for her to also use a straightening comb, as I told the stylist I was going natural. My hair looked cute but It didn't lay smooth for long (Yes, I do wrap my hair every night). I think she's a great stylist for you if you use relaxers in your hair. Pro: Nice atmosphere, polite stylist Con: Accepts credit/debit cards but you pay convenience fee
