I have been going to the Orlando Hair club for almost 20 years. The quality and serviced has fallen greatly in the last 3 or 4 years. Of my last 18 systems. 9 I refused. 4 I lived with. 5 were ok to good. Also I watch clients come in and if they only new how bad they look they would refuse it. I plan on looking else where. Over priced for what you get.

Everyone who works in the Maitland office is very nice and accommodating. Dana, the office manager tries very hard to make sure the clients are happy. All the people who work there always have a pleasant smile on their face! A very good experience, indeed! M-Millett

I have been a member at the Hair Club for almost seven yrs now. I was treated with much respect and friendliness from the start and that continues till this day. I have been very pleased with everyone that works at the location I go to. The staff is so friendly and goes out of its way to make sure everything is right and that if there is a problem it is handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I would have to say that I have only had one or two issues that needed attention and I was very happy with the way they resolved them. I would and do recommend anyone that is contemplating any form of hair replacement, to definitely check out the Hair Club you won't be disappointed!!!
