The male hair designer handled my hair very roughly. It seemed like he was in anger problem. The wet hair kept hitting my face so my make up was removed. And that was painful. Staffs speak really bad English.I would say they don't speak English. They talked to you in Spanish blatantly just like you should speak Spanish. If you are not a Spanish speaker you better not go. They seems like they don't like the customers who are out side of their culture. The worst service in Brickell. Do not waste your money. If you go, you will ruin your day.
