I love this salon! I love Lucilia. She has seen me twice as I have recently moved here. She does my hair exactly the way I want it done. Lucilia works on time. The location is great & parking is easy.I also used their on-line appointment scheduling which was very easy & I will always use that. I recommend this salon highly. Katie

This is NOT about the staff it is about the manager! I find it ironic that you only have the option to leave praise/compliment on your site. I have gone to this salon for a few years and find the manager "Mr Brown" sorely lacking. I am fed up with trying to make an appointment with my stylist only to find he has not even finished the schedule! This happened last year and I was not called and informed that my stylist had the day off! It is not up to the staff to apologize for his short comings. I made an appointment on Monday for today (Saturday). I was told the schedule was not ready yet. I arrived today to no stylist again! This time she was smart and quit. My name was erased and conveniently written under another stylist.. Oh such POOR FORM... I deserve the consideration of a phone call! Many of us prefer to follow the same stylist- they know us- your company should KNOW this too. I am sick and tired of apologies from staff who have no control of a manager who thinks he is above customer service. Suggestion for Mr Brown: 1. coach 2. retrain 3. probation 4. dismissal If he cannot do his job find someone who can!

I had excelent service. I showed them exactly what I wanted and they made it even better than I expected. I now suggest them to everyone and I go to them whenever I want a trim. I highly suggest fantastic sams. Cindy is the best! (:

Poorly trained staff

Tommie is awesome! All of the workers are always very pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. This place is awesome.
