I have never written a review before but my treatment at M Salon & Spa was so exceptional that I just had to! I was welcomed with a smile and very friendly greeting at the front desk, which in a typical nail salon is unheard of. Carol was my technician as she was equally warm and friendly. Carol was not only knowledgeable about her place of business but the products she was applying! I had previous issues with the application of the gelish polish at another salon and Carol explained why I was having those problems and also took the time to explain why I would not have those issues with the product used by M Salon & Spa. Inquired about color and straightening. They had me come in for a consult and the price they quoted me was outrageous, nearly $500. I'll never step foot in there again.

Called on a thursday for a first time appt, got an appt for the next day. Ana answered the phone and knew exactly what stylist was right for me when i told her the cut that i had. Eli is great!!! The front desk is very nice and welcoming. Very pretty salon.

I cut and colored my hair with Eli about 3years ago at another salon. He always did an awesome job. I was consistently amazed with the way my hair totally fell into place for months after he cut it. It was always a seamless cut and color that flattered the shape of my face and my skin color. He always takes the time to make sure it's going to be a great cut and has ALWAYS been nothing but courteous, kind, gracious and exceptionally attentive. He is so talented and takes his art seriously. I lost touch with him because that salon closed down suddenly. I searched and searched and couldn't find him anywhere. Having spent so many years here in south Florida without ever finding a stylist that I went to more than once or twice - I was heartbroken. 2 years later (last week) I searched online again -in desperation after yet another horrible cut with yet another horrible hairstylist - I finally found him! He cut and colored my hair and it looks amazing! I am so happy! I borderline stalked him but my perseverance is so worth it! M salon is great and the stylists were all friendly and professional.

I just had my hair done yesterday. I can't remember being this happy about my haircut in a long long time. For years I've settled for just being happy that someone didn't screw my hair up... but this looks great!!! Thanks Susan!
