I had been a customer of Anushka for several years. I had moved to the west coast of florida and was travelling back to the east coast so I booked an appointment for a spa pedicure, while leaving I thought I would try some of their face products. (which I purchased) I left to go back to the west coast, I tried their products and it actually had a reaction to my skin, it actually looked like I burnt my skin. I had to return to the east coast within 20 days and went back to Anuska to let the manager know and if I can get a store credit or talk to anyone about the face products - I was told its been 10 days so no refund and no store credit. I explained that I could not come back within 10 days since I live on the west coast. So these means that Anushka does not stand by their products that they sell. I have never heard of anyone standing behind their products.

Thank you for ruining my valentines day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I book an appointment for a couples massage a week in advance because I know most places get booked. They call me two days prior saying I was double booked and she could book it early at 11:45am which doesn't work for my work schedule, I told her I would call back when I figured it out. When I called back apparently she just canceled everything. I was going to go ahead and do massages in two separate rooms but they couldn't accommodate two at the same time. Will never try this place, a place as prestigious as Anushka should have their appointments ran correctly instead of ruining valentines for people.

They are always running late. I guess that's OK for the old ladies that fill the salon - not for younger, working people. Also, highlights/color, which is really expensive here, does not include blow dry. You pay $200 and walk out with a wet head.

I headed to Palm Beach from snowy Greenwich, CT simply hoping to feel a little warmer, but I left feeling like a new woman! A visit to Anushka was part of my Florida time and Sean, Celeste, Meg and June were my A-Team, Sean gave me the color I've been yearning for. He checked out my skin tone, asked me what look I was interested in, explained what would be best for me and why; then he whipped up a formula that was right on the money. I feel like Princess Grace! Celeste is masterful with the scissors. She is an artist. My long, straight locks now have layers, texture and dimension. Best of all, she took the time to show me how to blow out my hair my way in my own home. I've been feeling like a million bucks every day since my cut - not just the minute I left her chair. Life-changing. Meg gave me my facial. Wow. The afterglow lasted for days and her advice on product will last way longer than that. And June, my reflexologist. When someone's got IT, you just know it right away....June's got it in spades. Her fingers are naturally magical and her compassionate spirit is incomparable. Run to her not only to feel pampered, but for your health. You'll also feel fantastic by simply being in this space. It's light and bright, there are yummies to enjoy, there's shopping to be had and Anushka is around sharing her beautiful energy. It's all just really well done.

I love anushka, everyone is so nice, but not in a fake way. I love Dee who gives the best facial and keeps me coming back there. I've gotten my hair done, a few massages and had a consult for some fillers but the only service I find myself returning here for is Dee for a facial. She is exceptional. The environment is nice, food, tea and water available just as a spa should offer.
